This makes me laugh (getting serious for a second) that our soldiers are being fed, watered, beds, etc and we can't tolerate that; yet we can lock people in Guantanamo Bay for five years, beat them regularly and make them wear bright orange suits and we're supposed to be in the right.

Sense of direction is a funny thing. I am good at maps, I can find my way anywhere with a map, on foot or in the car - but what I can't do is tell you which way is North, or which direction Coggeshall is in and things like that. That is sense of direction, and a lot of men seem to have it, and many women seem not to. I think maybe a penis is like a compass....?

Yeah i agree but this ain't anything to do with the US, in fact the US ain't done anything to assist us at the moment. Its British people taken and being held for no reason whatsoever by Iranian people!

One thing I will sya for Maggie is that if she'd been in power now she'd have said "Right..You've got 48 hours to hand them back or we're coming over to get them" Thing with Blair is we've had nice for 10 years and it really is getting us nowhere.

Well hows about storming the Iranian Embassy, taking 15 of them hostage and threatening to execute them if they don't release our people? I think that sounds like a good idea to me!

It's scary the number of people on the 'Have Your Say' section of the BBC web site that have similar gung-ho attitudes to yours; this is a tricky situation and who's to say we'd win any war we started anyway?
