When Tina brought in cookies today he made some comment about them that was pretty rude I thought. Also when they were talking about Formula 1 it just seemed like he was being rude about that too. I know it's his job to do some of that but you would think that by now management and him would just let it go. Chris pulls in the most listeners of any show on Radio 1 by far. Let him do what he wants.

I love Aled, personally i don't find him rude at all. I'm glad he's on the show all the time now.

I don't think Aled is rude, he has perhaps become more inclined to express his opinion, even when its negative, than he used to be, but there's nothing wrong with that.

While the thread title does scream MENTION ME, I do see what the OP means. Werent most of these "outbursts" done while they were in Bangor or had just arrived back from there so I'd say the tiredness just meant he dropped his guard a little. Still its all material for the show I guess. His golden hour choice was a bit unusual for too this week too in that it was actually a decent track!!

Anyway Aled still rocks and thanks to last weeks features in Bangor I'll never be stuck a few words of Welsh if I'm chatting up some Welsh girl...Chemai, Dioch, Popdping and Osciollachida

On Fridays show when he interrupted Dev and his producer via the talk back when they were recording something to get them to play the live lounge track, I think that was a little dig back at Dev for pronouncing Bangor wrong Very funny.
