i have been there a few times. its a little cold and peacful place. yeah, your right - its just off the coast of argentina. i went there last summer as part of my training.

it was handy for those argentines that its just off their coast because if they'd had to travel all the way up to our coast for the war they would have run up huge fuel costs...

the germans were foolish to even think about it. hate to think what argentines would of done if they wanted to take over the uk. the majority of their navy was blown apart, so they now resort to woodern boats.

ZAQ - before you go to uni - go on a gap year. if you cant wait to get their go after and visit thailand for example. can't wait to go. not gonna be on moylesworld for a whole month. i know - you're all gonna miss me...

I have family in Canada, not Toronto though, in Alberta. One week is not really enough, especially as your going to have to teach all those canadians about footy and Newcastle...

Toronto is awesome been twice planning another visit next year as part of my round the world trip. the place is cheap clean and safe. Niagra falls and CN tower both worth a visit. Not sure if the baseball season is on at the moment but the skydome should be checked out. I hate to say it but it puts even St James to shame Topher

I've been inside the Sky Dome, and had tickets to see Wrestlemania 17 there but had to give them up so never got the chance to but it's huge.
I have been in the Air Canada centre and seen the Maple Leafs play, thats a great place to go. It is amazingly clean there hardly any little, the people are nice and basically a wonderful place.

Other good place if you want a different eating experience is L'Marche. Basically a restaurant but it has loads of marketstalls providing different stuff. eat as much as you want then pay at the end-brilliant.

Like alot of places in Canada it's both but mainly English, but all the road signs are in English and French.

no need to go all the way to the CN Tower. Just drive to Blackpool Tower. I know its not the same height, but you'll get the feeling.
